Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

1. Email support@aiervia.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
3. Use a trackable shipping method to send your return back safely.

Return Shipping

• Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• The refund will go back to your original payment method.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or wrong product, email support@aiervia.com with photos within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.
